{Christin & Ben} Nashville, TN Photography

I was honored to help photographer and friend, Shannon Brasel, capture the "B-E-A-U-tiful" wedding of Christin & Ben, which took place at the Scarritt Bennett Center here in Nashville. Gorgeous place. Christin and Ben were more than fun and really genuine, nice people. They have an admirable faith in Christ, and are definitely not afraid to "bust a move" on the dance floor (not that those are related, but well done in both areas guys!).

Thanks goes out to Christin, Ben, and Shannon for letting be a part of the big day.
A HUGE thanks goes out to caffeine...without you, I just wouldn't make it.

Till next time,

Alex McKissack

{Heather Bond} Nashville, TN Photography

This is my friend Heather Bond. She is a wonderful singer/songwriter here in the great city of Nahville, TN (Ca$hville, Nash-vegas, or what'evs) I'm very happy to have her pretty face on my blog  :D
Check out her stuff @       www.heatherbondmusic.com

Have a great weekend everyone, and those of you that still have snow...enjoy it while it last.  No offense to the snow, but I'm soooo ready for the Spring.

{Scott & Kaysha} Lawrenceburg, TN photography

Hey hey hey! It's the first day of the new year, so I hope you haven't broken your resolutions already ;) One of my new year resolutions is to churn out more awesome stuff for the blog and keep it updated with more personal / professional eye candy with some brief stories.

Speaking of briefs, I don't think this next guy wears them (He's more a a boxer brief kind of guy). As for the girl, Kaysha, she's legitimately awesome and normal. How Scott (aka. Beav) landed such a cool-cat?...mad skills with the ladies..that's how ;)  They are some of my best friends that I have had for a very long time, and I'm pretty sure it's a mutual feeling (although you can never be to sure about these things...) JK! They love me...they really love me!

Beav and Kaysha. Thanks a lot for getting in front of my camera and for always being great friends to my wife, Rachel and I.  :)  Can't wait to see ya again!

Beav. I just had to put together a "Man-tage", if you will, to show how you command the camera's and viewer's attention. It's raw power and a gift you have. Keep rock'n it friend!  ;)

{Cara} South Haven, MS photography

A word of caution...this next girl is soooo cute, it could be bad for your health. Ok. Seriously, I know Cara might be my niece, but i know a cutie when i see one (as a wink at my wife). Cara is so much fun to be around, and is such a sweet girl. I was very happy to do my best and capture the season and her genuine personality in these next pics.
Cara, as you know, Rachel and I think you are awesome, and are always proud of you. You just made it too easy to get amazing pictures ;)

Happy Holidays!
Alex

there'SNOWay!!

There for a while Rachel and I thought that , once again, we had been duped by the weather men "Get ready for 3-4 inches of snow starting at midnight," we heard Saturday night. So, we waited up way past midnight only to have our dreams, hopes, and souls crushed. That's right snow Nazi weather men...look at what you did ;)  Luckily, they were only a day off and it snowed all day the very next day! (Weather people, I take all those nasty things I said about you back)  I couldn't help but take some random snapshots.
Till next time
